Everyone can enjoy the benefits of physical activity. The benefits of being physically active are decreased stress levels, a better feeling of vitality, increased self confidence and being active acts as a prevention to various skeletal and cardiovascular problems.
 
The movements that people perform in a weightroom or aerobics class are not as boring as they sound. They may sound difficult, but if you watch people perform them, they look fun to do. The movements I enjoy most at the gym involve using many different muscle groups, like the powerclean.

For the family that wants to be physically active try enrolling your kids in swimming lessons at the local recreation center while mom and dad try aerobics, weight training or racquetball.
