Everyone can enjoy the benefits of physical activity. The benefits of being physically active are decreased
stress levels, a better feeling of vitality, increased self confidence and being active acts as a prevention to various
skeletal and cardiovascular problems.
The movements that people perform in a weightroom or aerobics class are not as boring as they sound. They
may sound difficult, but if you watch people perform them, they look fun to do. The movements I enjoy most at the
gym involve using many different muscle groups, like the powerclean.
